Originally from New Jersey, Dylan moved to Boston in 2012 to attend Emerson College. He is now a proud resident of South Boston, living on P street and loving the neighborhood. For Dylan, Boston real estate runs in his blood. He and his siblings have grown The Carlisle Group into the 2020 top producing real estate team of South Boston.

Today I'm writing another review of Dylan after he has helped me close on Yet Another property several years after my first. I've had the pleasure of working with Dylan across two purchases, one sale, and a few rental agreements and I wouldn't turn anywhere else. I can't speak highly enough of his responsiveness, ability to work around my schedule, and my needs. My last transaction involved what would have been long treks across the state, but was able to handle fully remote as he helped take care of repairs for the sale, meeting the tradesmen and making sure everything completed up to satisfaction for my buyer without needing me on site. He's always willing to come to me when needed be that for things as simple as picking up keys or ensuring forms are handed off. He's available when I need and always goes the extra step. I also never feel pressured when working with Dylan, as a buyer. When talking price points, timing, and love of a property, Dylan always put me first and never tries to close the wrong deal. My wife and I were considering our first home together timed around the time we had our first newborn, and were on the market for a place both before and after the birth. But Dylan didn't rush us. He helped us back out of a couple places that were clearly over priced and ended up on market for some time, and didn't pressure us when we ended up returning to our search months later when it was a better time for us. During both selling and buying processes, he's always well organized and keeps me informed of what's next and coming and never makes me feel like I'm unclear in the last mile. I also enjoy the community and events his team extend to their clients, the Carlisle Group, extending invitations out for local outings. It helps stay connected to the market and helps my wife and I meet others in similar real estate positions, letting us get some other opinions on how we should be treating properties in our portfolio. All in all, while I hope not to be back on the housing market for awhile, I can't image going to anyone other than Dylan when I do.

Our realtor Dylan could not have been more patient, kind and professional. He showed us our first property in the fall of 2020 and we just closed in November 2021 having accompanied us to dozens of showings from Eastie to Weymouth. We are first time homebuyers and we honestly don't know how we could have done all this without him.
