Delaney O’Donnell

Born and raised in Monmouth County, New Jersey, and a graduate of the University of Vermont, Delaney O'Donnell recently made the move from Somerville to Beacon Hill and is excited to call Boston home. Growing up at the Jersey Shore and now living in the heart of the city has given her a unique appreciation for the communities and lifestyles that make New England such a special place to live.

As Executive Assistant to Amy Carlisle and Maia DaSilva, Delaney plays an integral role in ensuring the day-to-day operations run seamlessly. With a background in household management, administration, and organizational leadership, she brings exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to every aspect of her work.

Delaney's degree in Community-Centered Design, combined with her passion for creating positive client experiences, provides her with a thoughtful perspective on the real estate industry. Known for her organization, reliability, and design-oriented mindset, she is committed to ensuring every client interaction is smooth, personalized, and enjoyable.

Outside of supporting the team, Delaney can be found practicing yoga, running along the Charles River, skiing throughout New England, exploring Boston's restaurant scene, and spending time with her family and their dogs, Finn and Ruth, at the shore in New Jersey.
