Clara McKinley

Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Clara has called Massachusetts home for the past four years—her fifth state to live in. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma, she began her career in sales, developing strong relationship-building and organizational skills that now serve her well in real estate.

Clara has always had a passion for real estate, spending hours browsing homes ever since she first discovered Zillow. That early interest, combined with her love for helping people, inspired her to pursue a career where she could connect with clients and guide them through one of life’s most meaningful decisions.

A proud Southie resident, Clara loves exploring Boston’s many neighborhoods and has worked throughout the city. Outside of work, she’s often spending time with friends and family, working out at F45, or traveling to visit loved ones across the country. A devoted dog lover and people person, Clara thrives on connection—which fuels her enthusiasm for helping clients find the perfect home.

Clara joins the team to assist Maia as Amy and Maia’s business continues to grow, excited for the opportunity to learn from two of the best in the business and ensure every client experience is seamless and personal.
