David Blatt

David comes from a family with deep roots in real estate — five generations strong. Growing up in Southern California, where his family has been in the business since the 1920s, he was immersed in the world of real estate from a young age. He spent his childhood attending open houses, helping with marketing events, door-knocking, and handing out flyers alongside his parents and grandparents — earning his allowance by contributing to the family business rather than doing household chores.

As a teenager, David explored a different path, discovering his passion for fitness. He built a successful career and brand around CrossFit and personal training, growing his business over seven years. After moving to Massachusetts, he continued in the fitness industry but realized that, while it remained a strong interest, his long-term calling was elsewhere.

Following reflection and conversations with his family, David returned to his roots in real estate. With years of behind-the-scenes experience, he now guides clients through one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives: finding a place they love and building the life they’ve imagined.

Outside of real estate, David enjoys hiking, golfing, and traveling with his dog, Millie, and his girlfriend. When he’s not exploring the outdoors, he can often be found in the gym doing CrossFit — his favorite way to recharge and stay grounded.
