Kailyn Ferrara

Born and raised in the small seaside town of Winthrop, Massachusetts, and a recent graduate from Michigan State University, Kailyn has her sights set on further developing her craft in the real estate industry, and is thrilled to be part of the camaraderie at the Carlisle Group. 

Upon graduation, Kailyn worked as a law clerk for a Downtown Boston zoning firm. It wasn’t until recent that she realized her passion was not the legal field or being in a typical 9-5 office, but rather creating relationships with clients and guiding them in the home buying and selling process; and was further inspired by her aunt Elizabeth’s success in the real estate business.

Last year, Kailyns family home in Winthrop caught fire and was destroyed. Her father, a local developer, and her mother, Nicole, spent tireless hours rebuilding and redesigning from the ground up, trying to make home feel like home again. These moments were crucial to Kailyns understanding in the sentiment and importance of finding the perfect fit for her clients to feel confident, comfortable, and at ease in their space, and made Kailyn even more eager to help others find their forever homes. 

While Kailyn isn’t practicing real estate, she enjoys trying new restaurants with friends, traveling, and spending time with her family and her dog, Champ, in Winthrop.
